The Town of Rosthern is a vibrant, growing community, located 75 km north of Saskatoon, on Highway #11. The Town of Rosthern is a full-service community that is home to schools, recreation facilities a hospital and seniors housing. Rosthern has a healthy main street, with many shops and services and has added a number of Highway Commercial developments along Highway #11 in recent years. Crosby Hanna has provided the Town with professional planning services since 2006 and has prepared an Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw twice (2008, 2023). Crosby Hanna has also helped designed a concept plan for the next phase of residential development that should accommodate development for the next 10-15 years.
