Crosby Hanna prepared Comprehensive Development Reviews (CDR’s) for all phases of Greenbryre Golf and Country Estates. The CDR for Phase 1 of Greenbryre was the first CDR submitted to and approved by the Rural Municipality of Corman Park. All CDR’s prepared since Greenbryre Phase 1have either been prepared by Crosby Hanna or follow the structure and content of this original document (prepared by other firms). Greenbryre is one of the premier neighbourhoods in the Saskatoon region and is currently selling Phase3, which will include the first townhouses to be developed in the RM. Crosby Hanna designed the layout of much of Greenbryre and had to create special zoning for the community, which was adopted by RM Council. Greenbryre is a unique neighbourhood that required new thinking by the local authorities. It is served by its own wastewater treatment system and water distribution system and includes the only grey water recycling system in the region, used for irrigation and watering of individual lawns.
