Crosby Hanna & Associates has been instrumental in helping developers and communities manage and preserve their heritage resources. Through the completion of Heritage Resource Impact Assessments (HRIAs), Crosby Hanna & Associates offer archaeological services that help developers through the regulatory process of receiving approval for development by the Saskatchewan Heritage Conservation Branch (HCB).

Through the professional expertise of our archaeologists, Crosby Hanna & Associates is able to inspect and assess a broad range of developments, such as urban and rural subdivisions of residential, commercial, and industrial nature, and community infrastructure, such as roads, water, and sewer pipelines as well as oil and gas developments. Examples of the developments inspected by Crosby Hanna & Associates’ archaeologists, and subsequently approved by HCB, include the Greenbryre Golf and Country Club residential subdivision and the Green Lake community subdivision.
