The Beamish Conservatory is located in the College of Agriculture Atrium at the University of Saskatchewan. Highlights include a water feature, demonstration area, a wide variety of tropical plants, and commemorative plaques. The emphasis of the project was on student and public education, and on information regarding the horticultural value of conservatory specimens, conveyed through graphic illustrations and technical growing requirements. The area is a focus of college activities and houses numerous public and semi-public areas.
