At Crosby Hanna & Associates, we provide a broad spectrum of Saskatchewan based professional community planning services. The majority of our planning practice is constituted by Municipal Planning, including the preparation of official community plans and zoning bylaws for both rural and urban communities, as well as the provision of ongoing professional planning support to municipal clients. Our firm offers a full range of in-house drafting, mapping, and GIS services to accommodate all project requirements. Because we are active in these tasks on a daily basis, our planning policies and zoning standards are constantly evolving to address current planning issues and trends.
Since 1978, our firm has been active in planning First Nations communities throughout Saskatchewan. These plans include physical development plans, land selection and development, heritage planning, economic development planning, Treaty Land Entitlements, and land use bylaws under the TLE Framework Agreement. Additionally, we are active in providing land development consulting services related to obtaining municipal and provincial approvals.
Prominent projects for which we led and coordinated the approval process include: Grasswood Estates, Greenbryre Golf and Country Estates and the Village at Crossmount – all located in the R.M. of Corman Park, No. 344.
